The B.B hamburg steak, the restaurant's signature dish, is made from ground Japanese black wagyu beef and Satsuma Kurobuta black pork. Bearing the two "B"s (black), this hamburg steak has excellent umami flavour. Their primt Angus beef steak is also a must-try.
