This restaurant uses eels raised in the Osumi area. Every morning, the eels to be served that day will be filleted and carefully grilled over charcoal, and is known for the thick flesh and fragrant aroma. Besides the Unadon (eel rice bowl) and Unajyu (eel rice in lacquered box), one can also enjoy a variety of eel dishes such as the Hitsumabushi (flame grilled eel on rice), Seiro-mushi (steamed in a steaming basket), etc.
