This restaurant is found in a renovated old Japanese house, and serves Nihachi soba (buckwheat noodles) made from buckwheat flour ground in a stone mill. The buckwheat is cut into thin slices and is characterized by its crispness and smoothness. The soup stock is made from bonito flakes from Makurazaki and mackerel flakes from Ei. We recommend the "Sudachi cold soba", which is topped with sliced sudachi (citrus fruit).
