The restaurant's signature dish is the Kurobuta Tonkotsu - Kurobuta pork simmered in Kagoshima barley miso, brown sugar and shochu liquor, served on a rice bowl. The chicken sashimi set menu is also highly recommended. They also offer a wide range of seasonal Japanese style set lunches.
