Kuromaru

Kuromaru is Japanese style pub where one can enjoy dishes made using Kurobuta pork, Kuroge Wagyu beef, and the Kuro-Satsuma chicken. Their most popular dish is the flavourful Kurobuta Spring Onion Shabu hot pot, which uses a special broth. Their course meal featuring either the Kurobuta Spring Onion Shabu hot pot or the Kuroge Sukiyaki hot pot is highly recommended. Besides the meat, the restaurant is also very particular about getting fresh fish from the market, and rice from contract farmers.
