They serve 3 types of ramen, limited to 30-50 bowls daily. The creamy broth is prepared solely from pig skulls and a homemade blend of whole wheat flour and wheat flour. Also recommended is the flavourful pork bone back fat ramen made from meticulously prepared dried sardines.
