Pork ribs infused with soy sauce, a delicacy of Osumi’s roast pork culture.
Pork bone + chicken soup served with roasted pork ribs. They have been serving the same traditional taste for more than 40 years since the days of its predecessor, Minami Shokudo, with ramen offered in small, medium, large, and extra-large sizes. Various special lunch sets (with ramen included) are also available.
