Tomatoes + thin noodles + a variety of toppings - all unique characteristics in one bowl!
Tomatoes sautéed in olive oil with garlic and black pepper, are combined with chicken stock to create a delicious soup with refreshing tartness and distinct flavour. Their home-made thin noodles, made from two types of wheat flour, the "Hanado" flour from Miyazaki Prefecture and "Haruyo Koi" flour, which is specially used for the Tomato Ramen Noodles, are infused with turmeric and soy milk.
