The owner Mr. Kawaida, whose motto is "Evolving and improving every day", makes a traditional Kagoshima ramen noodles using pork bone and chicken bone broth. The soup might appear oily at first glance, but it is actually light and palatable, leaving a lingering sense of umami richness. The homemade noodles with perfect firmness goes very well with the soup, and the large slices of roast pork.
