The owner, who studied under the famous ramen noodle critic Mr. Hideyuki Ishigami, serves five unique types of ramen noodles, including the white chicken broth, fresh seabream soy sauce broth, the Osha Jiro Ramen noodle, which is limited to five portions a day, and the Taiwan Mazesoba noodle, which originated in Nagoya. They also recommend three types of reasonably priced ramen noodle sets.
