Samurai Tea House Monjo
（武家茶房 Monjo）
Japanese cuisine in a historic samurai residence.
The samurai house is found within the Iriki Fumoto Samurai Village, a settlement which was built across from the Middle Ages to the Edo period (17th century). One can enjoy dishes such as the Monjo Gozen (a set meal of various dishes served in a lacquered box), home-grown vegetables and rice, and many other local ingredients. During tea time, they serve coffee brewed from beans roasted in-house, and home-made desserts.
