This cute gelato shop is owned and operated by a small farm in the northern part of Amami Oshima. La Fonte’s showcase is always filled with 10 varieties of gelato, each personally chosen by the owner every morning based on the season. With no artificial coloring or scents used, the real flavor of the ingredients is brought out in this unique island dessert. What’s more, you can expect the freshest gelato as fruits and other ingredients are only used when in season. Come and discover your favorite flavor.
