Kagoshima Kurobuta Tonkatsu & Shabu Shabu Satsuma Hana

Kurobuta tonkatsu (black pork cutlet) with Kagoshima salt or wasabi stalks is a popular item here. You can also enjoy specially crafted sauces, including those made with Kagoshima black vinegar, Kagoshima brown sugar and miso derived from Sakurajima mandarin (said to be the smallest orange in the world) and Kagoshima kumquat. The shabu shabu (thinly sliced pork and vegetables boiled in water and served with dipping sauces) is served in a special pot made from Kagoshima bonito flakes.

Yakiniku Red&Rock

This restaurant serves set meal  favorites, including yakiniku (grilled meat), kurobuta tonkatsu (black pork cutlet), katsu (cutlet) curry, and handmade hamburger steak. You can also eat Kagoshima Kuroushi (black beef wagyu) at a reasonable price.

Mangetsu o-ko-no-mi-ya-ki

The limited menu of Negi-shio-buta-tama (leek and salt pork balls) and Tomato Cheese are exclusive to this eatery. The original sauces are popular: one is sweet and spicy while the other is sweet and sour with a sesame flavor.
