Sakurajima's eruptions, history, workings, and more. You can get a sense of the state of Mt. Sakurajima today from a live stream of the active Showa crater, real-time seismometer data, and a display of the number of eruptions to date. After you learn all about Mt. Sakurajima, you can relax with the open-air footbath at the Sakurajima Yogan Nagisa Park next to the museum. Feel the energy of the volcano through the heat of natural hot springs.
