The Sendai Ferry Terminal is the boarding point for the high speed boat "Koshikishima" bound for Koshikijima Island.
This ferry terminal was opened in conjunction with the start of operation of the high speed boat "Koshikishima".
Bearing a similar design to the interior of the high speed boat, this ferry terminal, designed by famous industrial designer Mr. Mitooka Eiji, has wood-panelled interior, giving it a stylish and relaxed atmosphere.
Besides the ticketing counter, there is a café and souvenir shop, and the parking space can accommodate about 200 vehicles.
