This Muslim-friendly ramen shop serves a fine bowl of noodles and soup. Stock is made using Kagoshima-grown halal chicken from Nansatsu Shokucho Co. Ltd., seafood, halal spices and halal noodles. Kirin is a popular spot with both neighbourhood residents and Muslim students from nearby Kagoshima University. The friendly owner, Mr. Inoue, smiles when he sees customers of all nationalities enjoying his ramen around the same table.
