Running Sakurajima （第41回ランニング桜島大会）

If you are lucky, you may see Mount Sakurajima erupt and dolphins in Kinko Bay while you run!

The first half of the half marathon is a flat coastal road.
The breakwater is low enough that you can see in front of you the expanse of Kinko Bay where wild dolphins swim.
The latter half of the course continues on a paved road that crosses the lava plateau formed in the Taisho period (1912-1926).
Although the course has continuous undulations, you'll reach the goal in no time if you appreciate the rarely-seen lava field while you run.
