One of the largest festivals in Kyushu, it boasts the stunning scenery of calm Kinko Bay and one of the world's most active volcanoes, Mount Sakurajima as its backdrop.

Light and sound effects are coordinated with the bursts of fireworks to make for an even more exciting atmosphere.

Find your own favorite spot to catch the huge fireworks rising above Kinko Bay.

About 15 minutes by tram (towards Kagoshima-ekimae) from Kagoshima Chuo Station to Izuro-dori tram stop, and a further 5 minutes walk.
Please use public transportation. There are no exclusive parking spaces for visitors.
