[ What to know for a better experience ]
・Open rain or shine (but generally closed for lightning or high winds)
・You can come solo
・Changing rooms available; no need to worry about getting dirty (hot springs, local product shop, and cafeteria also available)
・Bring a shoulder bag so you can use both hands (lockers available; you are responsible for securing your valuables)
・You can have a guide accompany you (reservation required; \5,500)
・Playground, hammocks, laser tag, obstacle course, trampolines, and other ways to have fun while you wait
・Bypasses are available along the course

[ Points of note ]
・Must be at least 6 years old and 110 cm (44 inches) tall, and must weigh under 130 kg (286 lbs)
・Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian age 18 or over (no more than 2 children per adult) *If you have more than 2 children with you, you must arrange for a paid guide in advance
・All visitors must first undergo a safety briefing and agree to be responsisble for their own safety
・Wear exercise-appropriate clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty (hats must be secured by means such as a chinstrap)
・Information available in Japanese and English only
・Reservation required during summer vacation and Golden Week
・Maximum group size: 15 (30 minutes between start times)
