Epsilon-3 Rocket Launch (Noctilucent Clouds)
(イプシロン3号機打ち上げ(夜光雲))
The Uchinoura area of Kimotsuki hosts the launch site for the Epsilon rocket, the world's first solid-fuel rocket. The launch of the Epsilon-3 was accompanied by noctilucent clouds, a rare sight anywhere in Japan. If you're lucky, you can see not only a rocket launch, but also a once-in-a-lifetime natural phenomenon.
